Granted the stylist can do hair well, but is the lack of charisma and customer service that has led me to decide that I will not be coming back to this salon again. Renowned hair stylists try to develop rapport and recommend products to keep customers coming back and to improve their customer base but here it is more as if the stylist is doing you a favor even though you are paying for the service. There are other stylists in town and I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone to come to this frigid salon.
