This is my second time renting a car at Enterprise in New London, CT and it may be my last. I was very satisfied with the office paper work, but, no one showed me anything about the car. I was lucky to find the headlights and was left to figure out the wipers. Everything in the car functioned the opposite in most other cars I have driven. The car doors froze shut the first night. I will remember NOT to rent Ford again.
I rent from Enterprise for my weekend getaways. They have the lowest prices the best selection and I always get a brand-new SUV. The representatives in the New London CT office are pleasant kind and really do all they can to make sure all goes well. I have been renting there for 6 years now and I will continue to. Thank you.
