I would also like to add that the office was very clean and bright.
I had a great experience in Dr Janicek's office today. He has a friendly staff and they were very helpful . Dr Janicek explained the procedure and answered any questions for me. I would highly recommend this office.
Do not go here, find another dentist
Let me start with one positive: The doctor was great. The negative: The billing department is terrible. Please pay attention to what you sign. While I was at the office, I had to sign a ton of paperwork. One form I signed supposedly stated that if payment is not paid before the due date they run your credit card. I received a bill on May 25. Due date was 5/31. My credit card was charged on 6/7 . I didn't even have two weeks to pay. And to boot, not even a call to inform me that the charge was going through. Terrible billing department. The woman I spoke to was rude. They need to amend that policy they have. Puts a bitter taste in my mouth.
Office did not resubmit my dental claim and charged my account over a thousand dollars, with not even a phone call. Caused all kinds of problems with my account , While dental procedure was covered by insurance. They treat you like dead beat scum. Not one notification
on the 30th day after the procedure the charge hit my account
