They are theives in reality I left a pair of earing. To be repaired the man gave me a receipt and refussed to give me my earing back said he lost them also failed to replace them my earings were solid gold I would have to assume he melted them down and went to the bank with the money,don't ever go to this store they are a rip off.!!!!
Worst service ever! Repairs are very expensive and take forever to come back from wherever they send it out to. I left 4 chains for them to fix simple things on June 11 2011. I Had to wait till July to get them back. 2 of them broke right away. Today is August 24 2011 and they told me that it should be in within the next day or two...
