Impossible to call, have had a clear cut case of my son's benefits going to his father for over a year when he was living with me and its taken over 3 years to process. Went in and got in quick but could not get in to see the only person they said could help me. They said to call and make an appointment. Just tried to call again and was told it would be a 50 min wait. Most of the time the calls get switched over to the main number and they say to call or go to the office. Ridiculous.
Came in one hour after open with a coffee and friend to keep me company. I waited all of three minutes before I was called and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.
