Wasant there too long. Just stop by a friend's room to pregame before headed out to the casino. The rooms are a bit lacking but there beds where comfortable and it was all clean.
For the king suite I stayed in it was not worth the 239.00 dollars I payed with a hold of 289.00 dollar. Upon check in front desk agent Vinny was on the phone completely ignoring me, and when I asked if he needed to see my I.D. Or credit card, he took my I.D. but never bothered to looked at it and then just waved me off saying I was all set without even looking at me or getting off the phone. He should never have had me come up to the counter without properly putting the person on the phone on hold. He was extremely unprofessional. I work in hospitality "hotel" and would never treat my costumers this much disrespect or being none shallant. He has made Choice Hotels look bad. You are a brand of high standards, remember that. Your customers come first. So what this comes down to, I would not recommend this hotel.
As it is now under new management since I last stopped her few months back.i can surely see visible improvements in everything. Attentive staff, clean rooms and lobby and also pool was having clean towels and water.
What an amazing hotel the room was stunning and the staff couldn’t be any more welcoming and friendly. The room had lovely hand made chocolates and a complimentary mini bar so we couldn’t ask for any more. Beautiful hotel and would recommend to anyone.
We liked our room. Very comfortable bed! The service at the hotel was acceptable. The key cards for the rooms kept getting deactivated, necessitating a trip back to the lobby to have them reprogrammed. Breakfast was simple but tasty, though the employee stocking the food and cutlery items was very slow to refill basic necessities like butter, coffee, etc. Overall, a good experience for the low price we paid for the room. Had we paid over 100 for the room, however, we would have been disappointed.
