I always order over the phone however I tired ordering online and I liked how I could see the progress of my order, when they made the pizza, when it was put in the oven, when it was done, when it was on the way. Pretty cool. I recommend trying it at least once. Service is quick, staff and driver nice and freindly. Pizza is good.

Delivery driver called me and said he was here, when I went outside he wasn't so I called him back and apparently he couldn't find my address (even though I order there veryyyyy frequently lol) after numerous times of him hanging up on me and me calling him back and explaining the directions and him hanging u again I started to get mad. He had a GPS. He couldn't speak english very well so I understood that was probably difficult for him BUT. C'mon. Over 50 minutes after I ordered AND after a call in to the store (which shouldn't need to happen, that's the point of ordering online) and after constantly going outside to check if he was there. HE FINALLY SHOWED UP! With the wrong soda. SO annoyed with Dominos. And the delivery fee is ridiculous.
Fast and has a drive thru. Awesome! Only complaint is no more free parmasean and red pepper flakes. Sucks but oh well. Great service.
Terrible! Slow service, repeated wrong orders delivered, drivers parks on side and demands you wander a block to find them. Placed $40 order and tipped the driver over 20 % to get a pizza not even edible. I called and politely explained that this wasn't even close to the right pizza ( which I wouldn't of minded if it was at least hot or had any sauce on it!!!). The Manger seemed dazed and confused.... "so uhhh.....*long pause*...What do you want me to do?". I say "could I please have a refund or my correct order?".... He goes "uhh....yea.....*long pause*." After a few "Hellos" "Are you there??" even had to ask if he was okay. He finally agreed to send me another pizza in around "uhhh..45 mins" (which happens to be well after their closing time.). I know the recording says they're hiring but something has to change in that place.
