Let me start by saying that I park in this lot every weekday for work. It has otherwise been a decent experience, and I have appreciated the convenient location. Now, the only reason there is one star is because this parking lot is in a convenient location. My car was hit while parked here and after going through a week-long process of calling and emailing the parking garage, I received a claim number and person of contact, Chris. Chris left me a voicemail explaining their liability limit for hit and run incidents, which I completely understood. I would not expect them to be liable. I was just trying to access any information on who did the damage for my insurance company, considering there are cameras and I ALWAYS park right by them. I called Chris back that same day and left a voicemail. I called his direct line, and the general line, back the next day several times after not hearing from him. I finally borrowed a friends phone and he answered on the second ring. When I gave him my claim number and asked if he had a minute to talk, he already sounded incredibly annoyed. Upon his first time speaking to me. I asked him to review the tape from the date of my incident and he said he did, from 3pm-5pm on that day and the day before and after. I explained that I had been parked there from 8am-5pm that day, to which he immediately changed his tune and said he "skimmed" that full day and the day before and after. It wasn't until I got off the phone that I realized I have never been asked what level I was parked on, not even on my claim form. Chris clearly blew my claim off and got rid of me as easily as telling me he reviewed everything when he didn't mention that at all in the voicemail. His rudeness was very frustrating to deal with. If you are matched with him for a claim, I would advise you to request someone else for better luck, as he clearly had no initiative to take his job seriously with me. I wasn't asking for money, just a small amount of time to figure out how I can fix my damaged car. Very disappointing service.

I've never had trouble finding parking here

Gate has been broken for at least four months. Embarrassing that they won't fix this most minor of problems. I wonder what they would do if a structural issue was found.

The best garage in the United States.

They really don't have their billing/monthly parking in line. It's a new company that just took over and it's a rocky transition, to say the least. Some of the booth staff are rude while others are super nice and helpful. The garage does feel safe, as I have never had any safety issues.
