I was very pleased with the work done on my three pairs of high heel shoes! They were all done within an hour, which I was pretty impressed! I don't care much for small talk when the actual talent speaks louder! Admirable work, very content with the work and pricing! Under $15 per pair!
Do not, I repeat do not take anything expensive to this place. I just inspected the item they repaired more closely and found more damage than the actual repair. The brass ring on the bag is not just scratched; it is now jagged and discolored. The glue used is exposed on the bag and the engraved letters on the brass have been pummeled to the point of no longer recognizing the letters. It's like he used a sledge hammer or something similar. It would have been better to let me know that he could not fix the item before destroying a very beautiful bag. I don't think this a serious business. Patron at your own risk. You have been warned.

This guy is old school and knows his stuff. Took my Redwing mocca boots to have soles replaced. They looked like they were on their last leg and now they look brand new with original redwing style soles, polished leather, and original style strings. Thank you!
I have been taking my shoes here for about 8 years. I have ALWAYS been pleased with his work and prices. Some visits he was able to do them while I went and had a coffee others were ready the next day. I hope he never closes shop.
