After the tenants they found and "checked out" had left, Boyer didn't even have the decency to keep their security deposit to help cover the thousands of dollars of damage left behind by those tenants.
If you own property, avoid Boyer Realty as a property management company!!! Learn from my expensive mistake. (However; if you are a tenant that likes to get your security deposit back after severely damaging a place you rent, this is the company for you.)
When I tried to discuss the issue with them, they kept telling me "we're looking into it and someone will call you before the end of the day." After the fifth time, I'm fully convinced they plan to require me to take them to court in order to get any compensation from their company. I have yet to decide how I will proceed with them myself, but I wanted to let anyone interested in property management in New London know that they should avoid Boyer Realty as a property management company all together.
I wish there had been a review of this company before I started to work with them. They are horrible. They pretend to be serving the best interest of the home-owner; but in reality, they are very shady.
