I always have a good experience here, from the coffee to the sandwiches. I elevator love the double shot Cuban. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only frustrating part is the ten dollar minimum for card- it often means I go to a different coffee shop when I would come to Muddy Waters.
My go-to stop before the ferry and the Amtrak, the sandwiches, baked goods, and coffee have always been great, and everyone's always been friendly. It gets cramped, but for good reason. Hip interior that pays tribute to the street's history.

Absolute gem located in a great place. Amazing views, staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly . The ambience and decor is awesome. Most importantly food is fresh and super tasty. And the coffee is great.
Great place to swing in for quick coffee or casual breakfast. Coffee selection is wide and fresh. Baked goods will make you want to try them all.
