Professional, friendly. I have been here 4 times over the last three years with no issues with care or service. I have found staff to be caring and helpful. Follow up calls have been consistent and office visits informative and organized.
The women in the front to check in are absolutely rude! Especially the one with the short hair. Kindness doesnt cost a thing. Maybe they should hire some better kinder staff that arent so cross.
The procedure 7/5/2017 put me in the hospital. We begin with the Anesthesiologist in a hurry, forcing the fluid into my IV. My arm and chest burned like hell (I made my discomfort verbal). Then, I had my Endoscopy done, diagnosis was clear.
The following hours after the procedure I ended up in the hospital with Pneumonia. Coastal Digestive offered no help or recourse; but, an apology, no co-pay, and an opportunity to prolong my recovery from my original condition.
Modern Medical facility with a friendly well trained staff. No problems from start to finish. Instructions were clearly written and everyone there took whatever time I needed to help me understand the answers to any of my questions.
I went there because the emergency room couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I was greeted by very nice receptionists. Then I met Dr. Sapozhnikov and he was delightful. Very caring, empathic, and helpful. He scheduled me for my endoscopy in 2 days when my own PCP couldn't see me until Jan. 3rd even though I was vomiting everyday and everything I ate. Upon arrival for my endoscopy, again I was greeted by a smiling receptionist. When it was my turn to go into the prep room, two wonderful nurses were very helpful and attentive, I got an extra blanket when I was cold and the nurse who put my IV in was amazing, didn't hurt a bit. I met an amazing anesthesiologist who talked me through everything and had an amazing voice, which was soothing and relaxing when he started to give me the sedative. Dr. Sapozhnikov had a fantastic bedside manner and talked to me until I was asleep and when I awoke, I was greeted by smiling nurses. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Don't let the negative reviews detour you.
