I returned for breakfast. Waited 52 minutes for order. Server forgot to ask what I wanted from choices. Brougt wrong order TWICE. Charge for coffee. No refills. It must have been a new server since she had trouble bringing orders to right tables.
If only I could give it zero stars. So many things wrong here. So it took 15 minutes to get a waiter to come over. He forgot my drink, then he gets the order completely wrong, then when I ask a waitress who was walking by for our check. She notices we are not happy and we tell her what went wrong. We tell her what's wrong and she says well he is the manager. As we are walking back to our car we see him sitting in his car, talking to one of the waitresses in his car. A cook came out and came to get him to let him know that the other tables that he was helping were looking for him in order to get drink refills and had complaints.... the level of service is fantastic..... and yes he's the manager ...... awesome
I've visited 3 times now and all three experiences were pleasant. The food (Hammy) was great and the staff was friendly despite having to tolerate the public. Keep up the good work.
I had a burger that was probably the best burger I have ever had. it was a bourbon sauce burger excellently prepared. I seldom eat burger s but this was so good I went back a week later for a second. I will return again also. Service was excellent. Wife was also very satisfied with her choice.
This is a new location so everything feels clean and new. The food here is great and they do not have any problems changing the order to customer things just how you want. You can't beat the prices either! I feed my entire family for about $28. They also do military discount which is nice for this location as not many places do because of the high military population.
