0 stars should be an option for this company. Horrible customer serivice. I receive a different answer to my questions every time I call. My service stopped working for a few days recently. After three hours on the phone with Frontier trying to fix the problem I was told a technician would have to come out. I was given a 8am-5pm window on a Saturday to sit at home and wait for the repair guy. When he arrived the issue was resolved and I later called Frontier to find out what type of discount I would be receiving on that months bill as we did not have service for three days and for the inconvenience. I was told I would receive a credit of $3.49 for the three days the service was out and that was the absolute best they could do. This was after I had called and spoken with a representative earlier in the week and was told that I needed wait until the problem was fixed and then call back and I would receive a refund for the month. Horrible company. Please avoid.
worse comapny ever the supervisors are rude and have no curtecy for customers services always hae problem and im a buinsess customer only reason i have them is because i have no choice its the only company in my mall

I cancelled service today over a late fee which they should have forgiven. My bill got put in the wrong mailbox because the apartment number was not printed on the bill. When the next bill came I wrote a note asking for forgiveness of the late fee and did not pay the 9$ fee BUT DID PAY THE BILL...I have had them for three years and never missed payment. In the next bill, they charged ANOTHER late fee. When they would not be forgiving, I cancelled and they said there was also a cancellation fee of 9$ more. I never had a contract it was month to month...not sure how the 9$ cancel charge could be justified but I paid it because I. afraid they would hurt credit.
EVERY month I've had to call to dispute my monthly bill. They constantly add new things to my package and charge me for it. After spending at least an hour of my day, usually having to talk to at least 3 different people my bill is fix. (The charges are always $100+ more than what my bill should be) I am always assured the bill will reflect the correct charges the next cycle. WRONG!! This company is a JOKE!
