When going in to the store to get off of my parents account and on my own account I was told I HAD to do this online. Just about 3 months ago I had this done in the store when coming off of my mother in laws account onto my parents account. So, I knew the whole process. I explained that to the sales person and he still insisted I had to do this online. I walked out and went right down the street to the Mall and they told me there I HAD to do this in the store, which I already knew but clearly the salesman at this location didn't or just didn't want to help. Worst experience EVER at this location with AT&T!!!
