Came in over the holidays to get my one of my children a new phone and Jess was able to do everything before Christmas account wise so the phone would still be a surprise, the fact that she even wrote out a little guide for my daughter who is not tech savvy at all so she could use her phone Christmas day was absolutely amazing, I will always recommend everyone to come see Jess, give this a girl a raise, move her up the food chain please! a FANTASTIC experience!!
This was my first time entering a Verizon store. Before I had was biased and did not like Verizon simply because of there prices. In this world everyone knows you get what you pay for, Having said that I can state that I have never been happier with my current cellphone service which is is now Verizon. Yes it Is a bit more expensive than most carriers however myself one service has never been better!!. Not only is my cellphone service better I was so impressed with the customer service inside the Verizon store. JP our sales rep. Was extremely friendly and professional Yet he connected with myself and my partner in such a way as if he was just the neighbor next door and a good friend. I went to Sprint to see if I could get a better deal and I could not. I honestly was surprised. Sprint would not even match Verizon offer which very surprising for me. So basically I leave you with this do your research ask around and go with your gut always go with your gut. I am fair to say I am now a very happy Verizon wireless Customer
Went to the store last Friday to make some changes to the account. A nice lady named Jess was able to walk me through the steps and get it me into a data plan that suited what I needed. She also was able to use the 20 dollar off coupon I had towards a new case and charger for my phone. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!

After a year, friendly Gabe still works there! And still producing great service! The only thing that changed was a few doors down to larger location. This place still has good service, keep up the good work!
