Good staff knowledgeable and good selection of products
I’m my experience the costumer service has been second to none every time Ive visited. And when they tell you to “take something home and try it, if you don’t like it we have a 45 day return policy.” I’d never trust a salesman who told me that!! These guys stand buy there word, no questions asked. Sense it’s a big store and has quite a few employees it’s normal to have to deal with members of the staff you may not have met, and there’s never a communication breakdown between them. If that’s what was said. That’s what they do. I respect people and company’s that stand behind there word. It seems to be becoming more and more of a rarity.
Took a vintage Roland Re-101 for trade, expected a low ball offer but they were more than fair. Nice pleasant staff and very helpful.
Awesome store. Good selection. Looking forward to my next visit.
