Overall, I will not be coming back to this location again unless I really must.
Went for emissions (Failed me for not having a VIN number. the tech could no find vin number , Now I have to take it wethersfield dmv took it to my local shop and master mechanic showed me where the vin number was it did had a vin number! , went back to manekei in the a.m and manager was very rude saying (my tech don't make mistake". I went to wethersfield dmv that very day To do a vin check, (Waited Hours) and missed work. DMV has found the clearly visible vin, top of that tech wrote a lot of information about the car wrong. Now there going to be visit by CT emissions. Horrible service.
Other than that though, I was out of there in less than 30 minutes for the oil change. There do not seem to be any issues. The front desk lady was also nice and friendly (part of why I couldn't cancel my appointment, though I was very tempted).
They are honest, quick and do great work. Enough said.
Quick service. Walked in for an oil change, got serviced, talked with the friendly receptionist and left within 20 mins.
It was a relatively disappointing appointment for an oil change. I usually switch my summer and winter tires when they do the free tire rotation (no extra charge) in other locations and companies. Meineke New London wanted to charge $26 per tire. No thank you. I also usually receive the 23-point inspection sheet so that I know if there are any issues, but not this time.
