Rich Petersen was my sales person. He was a pleasure to work with. I was trading in a hardly used bike and was looking for something a little different. He took a great interest in my quest showed me a few bikes that might fit my needs. When we settled on the one I was sure would work. He offered a trial ride to solidify my decision. He did at no time put any pressure on my decision. Which for me is exactly how I deal. When it came to the financial situation he asked what it would take to close the deal. I told him and he meet with the finance person we had a deal. Ask if I was satisfied you bet. It was a pleasant experience and Rich made it a pleasure as well as a rewarding one. I will definitely recommend Mike's H.D. to my friends and have them ask for Rich.
Caveat emptor.
Bought a new Lowrider from Mike's in August 2017 and had a lot of fun doing it. I dealt with Shirl, who was always pleasant and helpful, and she followed through with things she said she would do, including some favors regarding info on the Rider's Academy that were not really part of her job. The whole place functioned as a team, and every person I dealt with was a real pleasure. I would recommend Mike's to anyone looking for a Harley without hesitation.

Checking in with them they would not honor the original agreement to sell us bikes at the sticker price. When I asked for our deposits back instead, they made copies and said they'd check with management. Never heard back. Went down twice more with the same result. They have never returned our money.
Rather then write a long detailed review I'm going to make it simple. It will basically sum it up. One used bike and four new bikes purchased from Mike's in 11 years. At Mike's it like getting together with old friends. No high pressure sales. And your not forgotten after the sale. The service department is great. Most things they can do for you right away even if you don't have an appointment.
Love these guys. The right people make the visit here worth it. Mostly friendly staff that remembers regular visitors. Service shop is full of great mechanics also
Then the dealership changed ownership and the new owner built the big new dealership. Suddenly the waiting list was gone and they just sold the bikes for what the market would bear, first making sure to add some additional accessories so it would no longer just be a factory stock bike.
My brother and I ordered Road Kings back in 1994, placing $200 deposits each. With the Harley boom at the time, wait times of over a year were common, but we were willing to be patient.
