Rich seems like a great guy--very personable. He took care of my car quickly. The work was perfect. He provided a loaner car while mine was in his shop. And the kicker: he charged me about half what another shop quoted me as an estimate.
Incredible work, these guys know how to make things right. They take pride in their work and it shows in everything they do. Service was great and the paint job was done right! Front Bumper, Driver side quarter panel and door as well. They were all painted to perfection.

I've had repairs done here on three occasions, and all three times the work has been flawless. Rich is great to work with and more than fair in his pricing. My new car had damage in several areas, and when I picked it up, it was as spotless and shiny as the day I bought it--no one would ever know it had been hit!
Unbelievabable, outstanding service. Going in, my Honda CRV bumper was hanging, the metal floor was banged in, and the rear was scratched and dented. Going out, they even removed old scratches at no charge to anybody since the bumper was off during repair!. The repair job was flawless. Also, at no charge to anybody, they washed the car, vacuumed it out with absolutely no crumbs or even lint anywhere to see. The entire dashboard was totally detailed, waxed, and shining. This was my 2nd repair job there, on a different car and I would highly recommend Rich Sr, Rich Jr, and the crew to anybody. 5 Stars all the way. Thanks folks :-) Jim Awrach, New London, CT
