I have to say I went into buying another vehicle begrudgingly as my last car buying experience was a nightmare. However, I can honestly sat that my car buying experience at Girard was top notch hassle free and without agendas. I started with Jake the online specialist and BMW genius. He was great and so knowledgeable! My sales rep Bob Haley was also top notch and extremely patient with my questions. He took really good care of me. I've had my new (used) BMW X3 for a week and I love it!! Thanks Bob and Jake for resetting my car buying attitude!

With 10 minutes to go before a long holiday weekend Stephen, Wesley, and Mark stepped in to save my day! Driving into town from Massachusetts to visit an elderly parent I got a bolt stuck in my right front tire. I called the dealership at 1:30 (spoke with a lovely young woman), pulled into the lot at 1:45 (just as Stephen gave me a call back to ensure I didn't get stranded), Mark found the tire, Wesley switched the tires out in no time, and I was back on the road to see my dad at 2:15! These guys really went the extra mile for me--all with a smile. Their kindness, efficiency and professionalism are so appreciated!!!! I only wish I lived closer so I could get all my service done here.
