Excellent experience buying a certified used car. Jim Sisco was great as well as the finance team and the people who serviced my new vehicle. Bill Sullivan was cordial and appears to have a dedicated staff.
The Automotive center is typical of most. Instead of appreciating a regular / repeat customer they just take advantage of your dependency. They quote one price that is far lower than the final bill stating any number of reasons why many other parts needed to be replaced. Bob knew my personal situation and how I didn't have time to take my car anywhere else so when it was time to pick up my car the cost of repairs was THREE times higher than quoted. I will NEVER go back NOR recommend them to ANYONE, ever!
