Everyone in the service department is friendly, knowledgeable and as accommodating as possible. I've never had a negative experience in all of the times I have had to interact whether by phone or in person. It's really 5 star service every time

I went in recently for repairs and had a great experience. My repairs were originally going to be extremely expensive but the Service Manager was able to determine that my car might qualify for a recall on the pistons and engine seals. We ran the required tests and found that my car did indeed qualify. The service department went out of their way to make sure I was set up with a loaner car for the time that my own car would be in the shop. And when all was said and done they were able to save me a lot of money on a repair I probably would not have been able to do otherwise.
Anytime I come in for service, I make myself at home in the lounge area, pour myself a Starbucks coffee, grab a snack, and do some work on my laptop.
Had a very pleasant experience with helpful service. Things moved along quickly and smoothly without being pushy. Very happy with my purchase of a Honda on the lot, and treated with the same service of buying an Audi. Would recommend Peter Devylder and his focus on the customer.
