Every dealership has salesmen that are good or who you connect with and those you don't. We've had our share we prefer not to see or avoid at Whaling City and we've had some that were very good. (We've visited 5+ times over 3yrs) We were extremely grateful that they allowed us to borrow a Mazda overnight to really see how it was at night compared to another as it was a tough close decision with two other brands. Unfortunately they didn't offer a price that was even close to as competitive as Liberty Mazda in Hartford. Liberty was better than 4 different Mazda dealerships we visited and we also had the best experience there than all the others too.

Coming from experiencing previous dealerships, you guys are a cut above the rest. The owners are present, not somewhere else. Very refreshing to see the Business manager is in the showroom along with the dealer working hard to get the deal going. You guys made the car buying process feel like a breeze. Well defined, very helpful, organized I knew I was in the right place from the get go and that I belonged here, you wanted my business, and it showed. Once the price was set and we had a defined understanding of which car, the staff went to work efficiently getting everything changed over for the sale. This went quick, with Zero issues to mention thanks to Dan and his team. Dealing with Aaron on the financial end, was precise and to the point, with nothing left up in the air. Bought my car here and been coming here since then. Good people good service. Only thing i wish they had was to offer dealer's cars when the car is being worked on for more convinience to those that have to go to work.
I bought a car from whaling city in 2012 and because the experience was so great then, I knew I would only go to them for future purchases. Today I bought my second car from them and the overall experience was even better than the last time. All of the car dealers are down to earth and friendly. They really do treat you like family there. They are low pressure and seem to truly care about you as a customer getting what you want at a price you can afford. They are very up front about costs and also willing to offer different options that are cheaper. I know that I am a life long customer of this dealership. I will not buy from anyone else.
