The dealer tried to sell us a car that had a serious outstanding safety recall. He never said anything about it. I had to search the VIN to find out about it and he seemed shocked when I brought it to his attention and canceled our pending deal.
The people in SAAB service and parts are really friendly and helpful. Thankfully I don't need to go there much for anything, but when I do, it's awlays been a great experience.
