great service department- they are attentive and so far very fair
I bought a BMW X3 from this dealership and I've had NOTHING but problems with it. New rear coils and air flow sensors cost me well over 1K to fix but that's nothing compared to the quote they gave me to fix the issues. I bought it to them twice (less than 90 days owning it) because the service engine light came on. They told me it was just the gas cap sensor. I've had the car for less than 6 months and Paid top dollar for this used vehicle - expected the owner to not pull one over on me but I was very wrong. Nothing but junk cars and hustling.
An amazing car buying experience period! I have way less then perfect credit, but I'm in a great vehicle now thanks to Bobby and Scott! They care about the people not just the sale. I've been to other places where I was lied too and led to believe they would do "whatever it took to put me in a vehicle" and I left with nothing more then another hit on my credit score. But not at Town Hill Auto! Bobby and Scott worked day and night to get me approval and to get me in the vehicle I WANTED, not what the company saw fit for me and I never was led on or made to feel like it was about them getting another sale. I would recommend to everyone to stop in and see the people at Town Hill and let the work FOR YOU to get you on the road! Thank you guys for doing it for the people of New London County! Your the best in the business hands down!
Quick repairs, helpful staff. If you have any problems after repairs have been completed you can take it back for even more help.
Very friendly, efficient service! These guys squeezed me in at the very last minute of the day (4:59pm) for an emissions test, after the Firestone guy down the street had checked out 15 minutes early (4:45pm). They were extremely nice about it, didn't complain that I came by last minute, and they had the test done in less than 5 minutes!
